Hermia is a character who appeared in Akt 19. She was the fourth person targeted to be a sacrifice to the Raven.
Hermia is a ballet student with the unique talent of sensing other people's feelings. She disguised herself as Miss Bottom the donkey and delivered the love letters of students, but was too shy to tell Lysander, the boy she liked, how she felt about him.
Mytho took advantage of her feelings and tried to steal her heart, but was she was saved by Princess Tutu. In the end, Hermia confessed her feelings to Lysander and found that he felt the same way about her.

- Hermia is named after a character from the Shakespeare play, A Midsummer Night's Dream. She is caught in a love triangle where she loves one man, Lysander. and is loved by another man, Demetrius, but does not love him back. The dialogue in the play makes it clear that she is shorter than her friend Helena, but Hermia in Princess Tutu is instead very tall.
- Hermia's alter ego Miss Bottom is also based on a character from Shakespeare's play named Nick Bottom.
